Cancellation & Refund

1. Hotel Cancellations

Cancellation rules vary by hotel and room type. Please check the specific policy on the hotel detail page before booking.

• Standard Policy: Free cancellation if cancelled 24+ hours before check-in.
• Late Cancellation: 1-night charge if cancelled within 24 hours.
• Non-Refundable: No refund for specific discounted rates.

2. Cab Cancellations

Cabs can be cancelled free of charge up to 6 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made within 6 hours of pickup will incur a small convenience fee.

3. Refund Process

Once a refund is initiated, it typically takes 5-7 business days for the amount to reflect in your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit Card, or UPI).
