When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

3. Bookings and Payments

All bookings made through StayKart are subject to availability and the specific terms of the hotel or cab partner. Payment terms are as follows:

• Prices are inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking.
• Card information is handled securely via our payment partners.

4. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of StayKart and its licensors.
